Established in London 2010, Nick Wall founded TAILS with a vision to make high-quality cocktails more accessible to a wider audience of cocktail lovers.

After many years of experimenting, innovating and refining recipes, TAILS are today Pioneers of Batchology, the art of preparing and the skill of serving batched cocktails.

The name TAILS and its feather symbol were inspired by the oldest story around the Origins of Cocktails… when in 1779 a tavern used rooster feathers to stir alcoholic mixed drinks and provide colourful garnishes.

These drinks later became known as cock-tails and we celebrate the rooster’s flamboyant feathers!
