Pornstar Martini

42Below Vodka, Vanilla, Passion Fruit Liqueur, Passion Fruit Juice, Lime Juice


Douglas Ankrah created this elixir and first called it the Maverick Martini after a shady club in Capetown, South Africa. He then renamed the Pornstar Martini to express the passion he put into creating this drink.

Shake 125ml Tails Pornstar Martini with ice, strain into a martini glass and garnish with passion fruit or a wedge of lime. Serve with a glass of Prosecco.

1 Litre (8 x 125ml serves) at 14.9% ABV

Espresso Martini

42Below Vodka, Coffee Liqueur, Arabica Coffee


It is thought that this cocktail was created by Dick Bradsell in 1983 at the Brasserie Soho / London when a woman asked for something that would “wake me up, and then f*** me up”.

Shake 125ml Tails Espresso Martini with ice, strain into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.

Garden Cocktail

Bombay Dry Gin, St. Germain Liqueur, Lemon  Juice, Cucumber, Basil


Light and refreshing, the Garden Cocktail perfectly balances the floral notes of Elderflower with the complex botanicals of Gin enhanced by notes of cucumber and thyme. It can be served as a Spritz / Aperitif or as a classic Martini.

GARDEN SPRITZ

Pour 100ml Tails Garden Cocktail into a large wine glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a slice of cucumber and / or a sprig of thyme.

GARDEN MARTINI

Shake 100ml Tails Garden Cocktail with ice, strain into a martini glass and garnish with a slice of cucumber or a sprig of thyme.

Mojito

Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, Mint, Lime Juice and Soda


Some say this drink was developed in the 1500’s when the famed explorer Sir Francis Drake landed in the city of Havana, in order to sack the city of its gold.

Pour 125ml Tails Classic Mojito into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint and wedges of lime.

Berry Mojito

Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, Creme de Cassis, Mint, Lime Juice, Soda


The Berry Mojito is a fruity twist on the Classic. It first appeared when renowned writer Ernest Hemingway became a fan of the Mojito after visiting” La Bodeguita del Medio” , the bar of origins in Cuba.

Pour 125ml Tails Berry Mojito into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint and wedges of lime.

Negroni

Bombay Dry Gin, Martini Bitter, Martini Rosso


Invented at Caffe Casoni in Florence, Italy in 1919, when Count Camillo Negroni asked the bartender to strengthen his favourite cocktail – the Americano – by replacing the soda water with gin.

Pour 100ml Tails Negroni in a tumbler glass over ice. Stir and garnish with an orange peel.

Amaretto Sour

Amaretto Liqueur, Lemon & Lime Juice, Simple Syrup


The origins of the Amaretto Sour hark back to the 1970s. Amaretto means “a little bitter” in Italian. This cocktail balances the bitter-sweet notes of Amaretto with citrus.

Shake 125ml Tails Amaretto Sour with ice and serve in a tumbler glass filled with ice. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.
