Negroni

Damrak Gin, Galliano L’Aperitivo & Vermouth Rosso


Invented at Caffe Casoni in Florence, Italy in 1919. Count Camillo Negroni asked the bartender to strengthen his favourite cocktail – the Americano – by replacing the soda water with gin.


Serve on the rocks in a tumbler glass with orange peel garnish.

Pornstar-Martini

Triple Distilled Vodka, Vanilla, Passion Fruit Liqueur, Passion Fruit Juice, Lime Juice


Douglas Ankrah is the creator of this elixir. And at first dubbed the Maverick Martini after a shady club in Capetown, South Africa, then renamed the Pornstar Martini, because of all the passion Ankrah would put into this drink.


A playful cocktail best served shaken with ice and served in a martini glass with passion fruit garnish. Passion fruit or lime garnish and a shot Prosecco on the side.

Espresso-Martini

Triple Distilled Vodka, Coffee Liqueur, Arabica Coffee


It is thought that this cocktail was created by Dick Bradsell in 1983 while at the Brasserie Soho in London for a woman who asked for something that would “wake me up, and then f*** me up”.


A truly sophisticated cocktail best enjoyed shaken with ice and served in a martini glass with coffee bean garnish.

Amaretto-Sour

Amaretto Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Gomme Syrup, Lime Juice


The origins of the Amaretto Sour hark back to the 1970s. Amaretto means “a little bitter” in Italian. This cocktail balances the bitter and sweet of the Amaretto with a blend of citrus sour mix.


An Italian classic best enjoyed shaken with ice and served in a tumbler with rocks and lemon wedge garnish.

Mojito

Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, Mint and Lime Juice


Some say this drink was developed in the 1500’s when the famed explorer Sir Francis Drake landed in the city of Havana, in order to sack the city of its gold. 


A Cuban classic; a combination of sweetness, refreshing citrus, and mint flavours that complement the potent kick of rum. Best served over ice in a highball glass, topped with soda and garnished with fresh mint and lime.

Cosmo

It is widely thought that Bartender Cheryl Cook came up with the original formula in 1985 when she worked at a bar called The Strand in Miami’s South Beach. 


A New York City classic cocktail best enjoyed shaken with ice and served in a martini glass with an orange peel garnish.

This is a twist on the famous Tom Collins cocktail, which was first published in Jerry Thomas’ book ‘The Bartenders Guide’ in 1876.


A fresh, fragrant cocktail best enjoyed over ice in a highball class with a slice of cucumber. Also enjoyable from the bottle.

Berry-Mojito

Caribbean White Rum, Creme de Cassis, Mint, Lime Juice, Soda


This is a fruity twist on the Cuban classic,  which to prominence to the international world when renowned writer Ernest Hemingway became a fan of the Mojito after visiting a local Cuban bar called the ” La Bodeguita del Medio”.


A fruity and crisp cocktail best enjoyed over ice in a highball class with a wedge of lime and a sprig of mint. Also enjoyable from the bottle.

 This drink was invented in the 1940s in Hollywood, at the Cock’n Bull restaurant as a way of clearing a glut of unwanted Ginger Beer.


A fiery and zesty classic cocktail best enjoyed chilled over ice in a highball glass with a lime wedge. Also enjoyable straight from the bottle.
